Vice President of Operations

Diana started with Empire Express in March of 1990 as a logistics/broker and dispatcher and was promoted to customer service in 1994. Her work ethic, customer service skills and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations led to her promotion to customer service manager in 1997.

Her next promotion was to Director of Quality, where she worked with each department company-wide to map, implement, and improve processes.

She serves on the company’s Leadership Team, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of transportation to her current duties as Vice President of Operations.

She has a wide variety of interests, including gardening, sewing, and playing piano. She enjoys spending her time with her husband, Dan, and their five children, ranging in age from 8 to 25, and one grandchild.
